WAN Health Check Ping failled on the router but no ping failed on my PC directly connected on the FAI router

Hi guy,

I got more than 20 Ping HealthCheck failed in less than 2hours from my Balance 20X. Ping are done from the B20X to Google public DNS address 8.8.8.8.
I have launched Ping from my PC to the same address and when the B20X show “WAN failed PING test”, on my PC i didn’t got an error.

I tried to setting up the WAN port speed same as my PC, even the MTU i changed the default 1440 to the same like my PC but it didn’t change something.

I don’t understand what i made wrong with my configurations.

Someone already got this issue ?

Did you ever manage to resolve this issue? I seem to be getting the same thing happening to my B-One router.
