WAN AGGREGATION AND SIM AGGREGATION

We operate a rig with dual WAN connections on balance two : one through VSAT and the other via a cellular antenna, each with two SIM cards. I have two queries:

Is it feasible to combine both WAN ports to boost incoming speeds?
Can we aggregate the two SIM cards to enhance speed further?

What is the cellular antenna? The Balance two itself doesn’t have an internal modem.
What vsat are you using?
