WAN 2 Stop working

Hello, I have a Peplink BalanceTwo router, with two different ethernet providers. Everything was working fine, until a few days ago when WAN 2 stop working. No lights in the WAN 2 port of any activity. I switched the wires of the ethernet providers from WAN 2 to WAN 1 and both works fine in WAN 1.

For this I think I would submit a ticket.
