I have been getting very random WAN 1 failing PING test logs after WAN1 fails over the WAN 2. This is on my B-one. These ‘failures’ only last 1-3 minutes before restoring. I have recently changes health check from DNS lookup to PING (8.8.8.8 and 1.1.1.1) to see if it helped this issue, however it seems to be the same.
I have been running a constant ping to 8.8.8.8 from a computer on my internal network to try get a visual for when it happens
What is strange is when it last failed to backup wan I checked the computer and it didn’t have any unresolved pings to 8.8.8.8. It was all successful pings every second and I can see it switch over to the backup wan seamless (as the latency on backup WAN is very noticeable so it’s easy to tell)
Anyone any ideas of what is going on here? I’d expect if the health check ping failed, I would have seen pings not getting responses on the computer that was running at the same time?
