Started a new job and the first issue is recovering from a failed Balance 380. The former IT guy set it up but didn’t back up the configuration, so we are rebuilding. We have everything restored except VPN access.
The user would set up a vpn connection in windows with an address of vpn.xxx.com with a user name of the internal Windows domain\username and their password.
How do I set this up in the new Balance 380?
