Apparently lots of VPN sites and services are closed in Egypt. Can someone tell me if seting up a private (corporate) VPN is allowed in Egypt. As we are a big company, we have to follow the rules but for obvious reasons we do not allow unencrypted traffic over the Internet so I am a bit confused how they are thinking.
I don’t know much about Egypt law but according to this site it is currently legal. Obviously though if in doubt consulting a legal professional in Egypt would be worthwhile.;

This site was updated in June and some rules have changed in October. I mostly wonder if these countries make a difference between a VPN service (in order to get access to blocked site) and a Site-to-Site VPN used for corporate data trafic.
