Dear,

Hi, Good afternoon, I have problems with ip phone connected to Pepwave Max HD2 equipment, this generates a VPN speedfusion session with Balace 380, since Pepwave PBX Hipath is reached without problems by layer 3, phone is registered but could not be heard when establishing communication .

Under: Status> Active Sessions you can search and filter the IP phone by its source IP address. The IP phone should show registered through the VPN but is the RTP stream also going through the VPN during a test call?

Does it work if you change it to compatibility mode? This is configured under: Advanced> Misc. Settings> Service Passthrough> SIP.
