Yes we support the above. Note that the Balance routers need to be on 6.1 firmware or higher to take advantage if VLAN tagging.

Actually there already is a virtual appliance - FusionHub. Essentially it is a virtual terminating end for SpeedFusion. Here is some more information as well: http://www.peplink.com/products/fusionhub/

There currently is not a road map for a virtual load balancing appliance. Feel free to make a feature request here: Peplink | Pepwave - Forum

if you have inbound services built you can specify more than one server to handle the connections - here is an example off of the balancedemo.peplink.com
with this they are weighted the same so will handle equal amount of connections
