In a live-streaming scenario where one of your wans is underperforming (latency, reduced speeds) but not completely broken, affecting the stream quality and causing buffering, am I understanding this correctly in that hot failover is not what we need, but rather WAN smoothing? Provided both our WANs are similar in upload/download speeds?
