Vesselink 200 Iridium Certus on MAX BR1 MK2 WAN port

We have a Vesslink 200 Iridium CERTUS connection on the WAN port of a MAX BR1 MK2.
Even when the port is active we are unable to connect to the Vesselink 200 web console to control/monitor the connection.
Can’t see how to make this work …

Is it the only connection?
Does it work if it is the only connection on the BR1 MK2?
Are you accessing using : http://portal.thaleslink ? If so can you ping : portal.thaleslink ?

If you plug directly in to the BDU does it work? IF so can you work out what IP you are accessing to bring up the console?

Yes, everything works when connecting directly to the BDU and I have the IP address of the Vesselink management console.
When it’s connected to the WAN port on the Pepwave it assigns an IP address to the port and shows as “Connected”.
At this stage I expected to be able to access the BDU’s management console from devices on the Pepwave LAN by using the BDU’s IP address - but this doesn’t happen. I’ll be back there tomorrow and will have another look at this.

So It’s failing its DNS lookup health check.
All working fine with a direct connection, but can’t connect to the LAN via the Pepwave WAN port …
