Very poor bandwidth 4G/LTE

Hi

We have one Peplink Balance 580 connected directly on WAN2 to one Pepwave BR1 LTE router with latest firmware and latest cellular firmware. We use least delay option on both the unit. We have tried differents settings without luck, We only get around 3 Mbps download and upload… The cabeling seems to be ok full duplex and 100 Mbps no errors when we check through “support.cgi” and port settings and crc.
When I connect my laptop directly to this modem and check the throughput we get at least 40 Mbps download.

How can we see MTU settings on the LAN port?
We can only change it and see it on the WAN ports.

The modem here is referring to BR1?

How many WAN links are available in Balance 580?

Have you enabled Qos on Balance 580 or BR1?

Hi

We use 4 WAN ports on Balance 580.
And we don´t use QoS on Balance 580 or BR1.
