Verizon MiFi 6620L via usb on a Balance 380

I am trying to connect my Verizon 6620L device to the USB port on my Balance 380 to use in a test environment. However, I cannot get it to work at all. The 6620L works fine as a hotspot and Verizon has said it only needs to be plugged in to work. Any recommendations on how to get this to work?

Hello,

If you mean U620L, this will be supported on the next GA firmware release.

Otherwise we have a special firmware available that supports U620L:
http://download.peplink.com/firmware/plb700/fw-b305_380_580_710_1350-6.2.2s003-build3365.bin

I have opened a ticket and I am having the same issue on the Balance 20 what is the firmware on the Verizon 6620L? Create a ticket for tracking.

Thx

Greg

Hello,

You may download the following firmware:
http://download.peplink.com/firmware/plb700/fw-b305_380_580_710_1350-6.2.3s013-build3399.bin

If it is still not connecting, create a support ticket so we can go over more details and take a closer look.
-Likely due to MiFi firmware upgrade.

@Headtalk,

If you could provide your ticket number, I will take a closer look.
