I’ve configured a lot of outbound policy rules and I’m trying to figure out if they are being applied correctly.
Is there a way to determine which outbound policy rule and active session is using?

As a start, go to Status → Active Sessions and explore there. Hit the “Refresh” icon before searching.
I’ve spent a lot of time in active sessions and MANY other views. I see nothing anywhere that shows what OBP has been applied.
it doesn’t show the policy, but it will show the interface, from there, you will need to read policies from top down for processing, and active sessions to show ports if needed.

If you are looking for a table which shows which OBP rule fired you won’t find it in that form. @jgsieve’s point is correct.
Hence the feature request

Yes, this would be super useful. Our OBPs can get complicated and it’s hard to know if they are actually firing, especially for SaaS ones.
