I have a Peplink MAX Transit Core which does not appear to support eSims, and my Telna physical Sims don’t seem to work anymore. What options do I have with this device? Is there a way to use physical Sims to download eSim profiles to my device so I can use the Peplink eSims? If not, what other Sims are people using in the US that they have found reliable for live streaming? Consumer sims are not great for live streaming

The Transit Duo Core device has been discontinued and does not have eSIM capability, meaning that there is no eSIM hardware onboard to support eUICC (eSIM profile). Therefore, you cannot load any eSIMs on this device.
Telna does issue physical SIMs, as do most IoT aggregators. If they are your service provider you should work with them to get functional pSIMs.
You are correct that consumer data plans are not ideal for live streaming but, depending on the plan, can be the same or even better than IoT data. We, as well as others, provide physical SIMs that can enable multi-carrier access on your device. Let me know if we can help.
Appreciate the reply. I was hoping there was some hardware device that will allow esim usage. Telna support has been woeful! I have been trying to add credit to my existing sims but no reply from support.
