Using Headquarters IP for remote site connected via Speedfusion

I have a remote site that needs to access one of our partners websites that they have locked down to our primary IP at our Headquaters.
The remote site is connected to us already for the VOIP system, and I just need to be able to direct their traffic for this site to use their Speedfusion tunnel, then go out our Primary IP at headquarters.
How do I go about programming this with the outbound policy?
Putting in the domain and enforcing traffic to the tunnel doesn’t seem to be working. Any ideas?

I think I actually found the solution.
I forgot to include an Outbound policy on the Headquarters router for traffic from the remote LAN to go out the IP needed. It started working after that.
