1. Ordering Process (New User / Recharge)
Step 1. Visit https://estore.peplink.com and create a Peplink ID account. If you already have one, log in with your Peplink ID by clicking the .
Step 2. Under the SpeedFusion Service tab, click Peplink eSIM Data Plans - Single Device
Step 3. Click on the Peplink eSIM Data Plan that you’d like to buy.
More details can be found on the plan’s page.
Step 4. For new SIM Data Subscriptions:
Check the “Provide New SIM” box, and select “eSIM (SFC-SIM-V)” if your device uses eSIM or “Physical SIM (SFC-SIM-US)” if your device uses physical SIMs*.
For Recharging existing SIMs:
Enter the ICCID number of the eSIM profile or SIM Card in the box, you can find the ICCID on the Peplink Portal. More information onf accessing the Peplink Portal can be found in the “Checking Peplink SIM Information” section below.
*Shipping cost for the SIM card is extra.
Step 5. For new SIMs, fill in the quantity of your order then click “ADD TO CART”.
Step 6. Review the final order details, and follow the on screen instructions to complete the purchase.
Step 7. After your purchase, you will receive an email on your order. In the email, you’ll find the ICCID, Activation QR Code, and a URL to the Peplink Portal. For Physical SIM purchases, your SIM will be shipped out to you shortly after the purchase has been placed…
2.SIM Installation
2.1 eSIM Install via QR Code
Before you begin:
- Ensure you have the QR code on another screen or device to scan it with your phone camera, or use QR reading function at your phone album’s printscreen.
- Make sure you have a stable internet connection to the device you’ll be installing the eSIM throughout the process.
- Note that the QR code can only be scanned and installed once.
For eSIM user on iOS devices
To activate your eSIM during iPhone setup:
Step 1. Go to Settings > Mobile / Cellular.
Step 2. Tap Add eSIM or Add Cellular / Mobile Data Plan.
Step 3. Tap Use QR Code
Step 4. Scan the eSIM QR Code. When the Activate eSIM notification appears, tap continue. The installation process will start automatically.
Step 5. After your eSIM is added to your “Cellular” page, We recommendgiving your new Peplink cellular plan a name to distinguish it from your other eSIMs, e.g., “Peplink eSIM”.
Step 6. Tap the identifier you provided for the Peplink eSIM dataplan, scroll down to find Data Roaming, and turn it on.
For eSIM user on Android device (Google Pixel 3 and onwards)
Step 1. Go to Settings > Network & Internet / Connections > Tap on the + (next to Mobile Network).
Step 2. Tap Don’t have a SIM Card?, then tap Next.
Step 3. Scan the eSIM QR Code and tap Activate.
Step 4. Once your eSIM is added successfully, tap on the Peplink eSIM plan and turn on Mobile Data & Roaming.
For eSIM user on Android device (Samsung Galaxy Fold)
Step 1. Go to Settings > Connections.
Step 2. Tap on the SIM card manager.
Step 3. Select Add mobile plan.
Step 4. Select Add using QR code.
Step 5. Scan the eSIM QR Code and tap Add.
Step 6. Tap OK to turn on the Peplink eSIM plan.
Step 7. Once you have activated your eSIM, you can view it in SIM card manager.
For Physical SIMs,
Step 1. Power down your device.
Step 2. Insert the SIM into your device
Step 3. Power on your device.
Step 4. Go to Settings > Mobile Data
Step 5. Choose the corresponding SIMs (No number for Peplink data plan)
Step 6. Optionally, rename the Peplink SIM
Step 7. “Turn on Data Roaming”
APN Setup:
Normally, APN settings are automatically configured. However if needed, you can access the APN setting with the following steps.
For Android User:
Settings > Wireless and Networks > More > Mobile Networks > Access Point Names (APN).
For iOS User:
iOS User: Settings > Mobile Data > Mobile Data Options > Mobile Data Network > APN.
3. Checking Peplink SIM Information
Step 1. Visit the Peplink Portal (https://portal.peplink.com)
Step 2. Log in to the Portal with your Peplink ID.
In the Overview page, you can check the number of SIM profiles under your Peplink ID.
Step 3. Click eSIM to see more details on your eSIMs.
