Please consider adding a per user bandwidth limitation option per WAN. One common use case would be a single ethernet WAN with a single Cellular WAN failover. When the high throughput ethernet connection fails, it would be beneficial for upload and download bandwidth to be limited.

This is a good suggestion.
When on Starlink, the bandwidth setting can be higher and when it change to VSAT, the speed would need to be downgrade.
