Where in the world are you? We’re in the UK and often rent Peplink devices for extended pre purchase trials on a buy or return basis as well as using our own rental stock.
Quite a few other partners will do similar things.
Alternatively what are you looking to do with it? Maybe we can convince you to just buy one

Dual lte as primary internet in rural area, I have a cobbled together system and want to consolidate to one device and believe this to be it, located in US. Thanks for the response.
