I’ve got a few of these modems and they are still married to the last company‘s account that had them that i dont believe has an account anymore, anyway i can get them unmarried so i can get them on my own account?
That’s been a topic of discussion here in the past. Answer: There is no way to do this other than to contact the prior owner and have that party do it.
