USB WAN connection

The Pepwave Max HD2 LTE has two WAN ports. I found I need 3. There is a USB WAN port but the third device will also be a CAT cable. I know there are CAT to USB converters for computers but those use drivers that are installed on the computer which won’t work in this case. Is there a stand alone CAT to USB device that will work and allow three WAN CAT connections?
