I would like to see the option to inform the user when they are reaching the limit of the mobile usage. Currently the only option is to receive all notifications only.

I believe this is already in the user manual but it is already supported in the WAN settings:

Yes its in the settings, but when you enable the email notifications you will also receive all the other messages like dis -re connecting to the network etc.
