Upon hitting MB Usage Limit USB Modem WAN is disconnected, short delay reconnected

Looking for a way to limit Usage in MBs to given amount in a specified period of time.

The limit could be applied to specific IP address or Mac address of device on LAN. Or Limit could be applied to WAN port or USB Modem port.

Purpose is to break a connection that has been left running by mistake or break an unknown runaway connection. Either of which is wasting MBs allotted per month, running risk of penalty charges.

In case of a device on LAN connecting to WAN, a rule under QoS or Firewall’s Internal.
The device would be blocked until Admin reset it or after ### number of minutes.

In case of USB Modem port, a restriction under WAN’s Bandwidth Allowance Monitor.
The Modem port would be disconnected for ## number of minutes at specified xx% of monthly allowed MBs or GBs .vs. being permanently being disconnected at 100%.
Permanent disconnection of WAN or Modem Port means having to drive to location and reset Balance One.
