I just got a “New Firmware” email announcement, which send me to Peplink | Pepwave - Forum.
Following the instructions in that article to add my device to InControl2, I got this error:
**Status: **Fail **Message: **Already added
However, the overview says 0 total devices. How do I get my Balance 20 added?
What is the serial number of your Balance 20?

When I attempt to add my device (B30) from 2011, I get “Warranty expired” and and popup note… “warranty expired… device will not be manageable by this system”. So no upgrade for me. Is this how it’s supposed to work?
