Upgraded to AT&T Fiber and Comcast modem not connecting

Hi I have a Balance one core with Comcast and AT&T and recently upgraded the AT&T from DSL to fiber. Firmware is up to date. I’m not an IT professional. Multiple people working from home so we need reliable connections for when one goes down. Everything was great when I had the AT&T with DSL. I configured the AT&T to IP passthrough mode when it was installed and quickly lost connection with Comcast. After much troubleshooting, I decided to power down everything (switches, router, modems, APs) and that seemed to fix the problem as the comcast modem connected to the router. I just noticed the comcast router lost it connection again and the wheel spins saying Connecting… (No IP Address).

Any advice would be appeciated.
