i have a peplink 710 with firmware v4.7.0 build 1163 , i want to upgadre to V5 . but while upgrade i get error invalid file
pls help me

In order for you to upgrade the firmware from v4.7.0 to v5, you will have to upgrade it to v4.8.2, which is the latest firmware in v4. Then, you can upgrade it to v5 firmware as long as your Balance 710 is under warranty. If it is out of warranty, please provide us with the serial number via our ticket system so that we can check things up and get your device under warranty with an appropriate option.
You can download the 4.8.2 firmware as long as your Balance 710 is registered on our website. If not, please register it using your serial number via this link.
