Using Incontrol 2, I downloaded and updated my Pepwave SOHO 672C to 8.0. I watched the screen for at least 10 minutes; continued to indicated updating. So I logged off, figuring I would need to reconnect after the update was completed. After about an hour, I still cannot connect via Incontrol 2. So I asked my daughter to manually connect at her desktop. She also cannot connect. Any suggestions?
Update:
I instructed my son-in-law to hard reset the router with a paperclip. Once online the Download and Upgrade began and finished with no errors. I uploaded the saved configuration file via Incontrol 2 and all seems to be good.
