Updating Certifications... how?

Hi, my PCSS and PCE certifications expired late last year and I wanted to go through the update process. When I log in I see the courses and everything but it still shows as if I completed them, and no options to take new exams, etc.

How do I actually update my certifications so they aren’t expired?

Glad you’re still with the Peplink Community.

I recommend that you email your account manager at your local Peplink Distributor and request that the exams be reset.

I discussed with my Disti and they had the same issue… It seems that there is a limitation in the platform at present, Peplink has to reset the tests so you can retake them, and then they have to manually update the certificates themselves after. So it’s handled for now.
