Unlock Firmware 6.3.1 Help Needed

Hi,

I have a Peplink Balance 710 and it was not in use for 2 years, I’m not very active on my account but have manage to login but don’t know where to find my Unlock code to activate my Firmware

Please HELP.

Hi. You need to add it as a device to InCOntrol 2. Once added it will show the unlock code when you view device details.
