Unit offline but can still Ping its static IP


One of our clients recently noticed that their devices show offline in Incontrol2 even if the coach is on a route but they can still ping its static IP address. Any ideas why this happen?

I have the same issue with FusionHub running in AWS. All ports are allowed - I have verified it with telnet and used the WAN Analysis to test various ports. As for the behavior of AWS security group - allowed incoming ports are also allowed for outbound. I already tried releasing the FusionHub license and removing it on the InControl2.
