Unable to upgrade Balance 310

We have two Balance 310 routers on hardware version 1 that return an “Unsupported” error when attempting to add them to InControl2. I’ve also noticed there are no v6+ firmware upgrades available for HW1, only 2 onwards.

If we want to upgrade to v6+ firmware, is the only option to replace these routers with brand new ones?

You are right, you need to get latest router model to supported on IC2 & firmware v6+.
