We had a Balance 380 that failed and was replaced about 9 months ago. The failed unit still shows up in our InControl2 control panel. In order to remove the unit, I need to first remove it from the SpeedFusion profile. When I try to do that, on the last page of the SpeedFusion config wizard, the “Finish” button is grayed out and I can’t proceed. Do I need to disable the SpeedFusion group before I attempt to remove an endpoint like that?
Yes you would need to temporarily disable the vpn profile in IC2 to remove it.
