My PEP Wave transit duo is working, but when I go to the administration web page, the page comes up, but doesn’t seem to fully populate. On the dashboard I get the message “Unable to reach web admin. Connecting in 30 sec.”
Also complete menus are not available and switching to another page such as “Status” doesn’t populate.
Any suggestions?
After further review this appears to be a laptop issue. When I access the admin page on a tablet, there is no issue. I am checking for a firewall issue.
