When I type in the serial number of my MAX-BR1-MINI-LTEA-W-T and attempt to validate it in order to purchase a support contract, I get this error:
“Serial number is invalid or does not match the product, please verify ([293B-XXXX-XXXX]).”
I have physically checked the serial number printed on the bottom and the SN from InControl and they both match the SN I’m using to purchase support on.
