The device is currently added to an org “Net Dr” administered by Olivier Havette. Please contact him and ask him to remove the device from his organization.

Thank you for your Answer , I was able to add the device but i have another issue.
I added 5 Pep Link Device and Only one is showing as connected. I m sure that the Incontrol is on on the other devise and they are On. How can i fix this ? Thank you.
It is because they are out of warranty. Only devices within warranty could be managed.
