Unable to access Web Admin after enable and adding Remote User

I was following the steps in this link to setup VPN access: Setting up L2TP With IPsec

I unchecked for it to listen on the WAN2, WAN3 and Mobile Internet ports, since those are not active interfaces for vpn access. WAN1 is the charter internet interface.

After I applied the changes, I am unable to access the Web Admin from the LAN. I have tried forcing it to port :4443 or :443. I have also tried to access remotely from the WAN with no luck.

When I go to the local IP from the LAN, the browser tab just shows Web Administration Interface and just spins.

UPDATE: This must have just been a timing issue. After about 30 minutes, I was able to get back into the Web Admin.
