Unable to access Peplink Balance Two

My Balance Two was showing this error

and then I tried to do a firmware restore but since I had an internet outage it was stuck at verifying stage.

I tried to press the Reset button for 10s and 15s multiple times but nothing.

The status light shows Red and I am only seeing a self assigned IP.

Not sure what to do now

It seems like it is a hardware issue and RMA is needed. Please open a ticket to proceed with RMA.

I have also spoken to my vendor. Name: BeeNxt. They said they are looking into it. I have already had 12 hrs of downtime and I as well as others are unable to work.

Please try to resolve this as soon as possible as the Reset button also doesn’t work. I think the unit is defective
