Unable to access a website

I have a peplink 305 and is not allowing me to access website Imagen Radiologica Integral - Compromiso que brinda bienestar but I do have access to main website https://www.imagenradiologica.com/, is on the list of exempted domains, any ideas why keeps denying me access ?
I tried to exempt the whole submet, verify firewall rules and still don’t have access

Please post a screen shot of how you entered the exempted domain. Could be something not quite right in the syntax you used.

Note that something.com and www.something.com are, in terms of DNS, different things.
