Unable Connect Phone to AP Mini, able to connect to Balance Router

Hello Peplink team. I have a Balance One Router and currently 2 AP One’s. This house has too many brick walls to only have one AP.

I set the Router to 192.168.50.1. I set the First AP One to 192.168.20.1.
I thought this would help separate the networks. It is very important the the untagged LAN and the IOT and guest network to not be able to communicate. All business must be accomplished via a wired network or VPN.

At one time I was able to connect to the AP One, but there was way to much latency switching between the Router and the AP One signals. So I have been making changes to the router and testing one change at a time.

I changed the Management VLAN ID from the untagged LAN to the IOT VLAN. When I connected the Balance One with my phone it assigned a 192.168.20.x number. I thought great. Maybe that will decrease the latency and separate the business network from the IOT network better.

Now I can only wirelessly connect a wifi device–phone–to the the Balance One Router. I changed the Management VLAN ID back to the untagged LAN, but I still cannot connect my phone to the AP one device.

Below is part of the event log, one for each AP mini
