I have a LAN that has been running for quite a while on Peplink Max BR1 Pro 45E3. It is served by a WAN that is a static ip from my provided. The Max is configured with DHCP enabled. I’ve never had any problem with anything connecting. Until now. New Ubuntu server 20.04. Will not connect to this peplink LAN. I took it home and plugged it into my home Netgear router, also dhcp enable and very vanilla config. Updated everything in ubuntu, surfed the web. No problem. Took it back to the Peplink and it will not connect to the network. Took a laptop that isn’t normally there and plugged it into the LAN port and it connected flawlessly. I don’t know if this is an ubuntu issue or a peplink setting. I’m leaning towards some setting in the peplink but I’be tried about everything. I even setup a vlan. Works fine with a random laptop, will not work with the ubuntu server.
