UBR Plus w/Primecare - No Speed Fusion Connect available

Hi,

Could somebody point me in the right direction as to where this option went on the UBR Plus? Let me elaborate. This is a new UBR Plus with Primecare. Incontrol clearly shows the SpeedFusion Cloud service feature is activated as shown in:

But the router does not display the usual “Choose Cloud Location” button.

All I see is the below:

I was hoping a simple reboot would fix it but it did not.

Any ideas? Do I need to pester support?
