Here is what you need, you can use the site http://spfwizard.com/, to create the txt value you need, here is an example:
Click New TXT record, then put this information:
host: abc.com
TXT Value: “v=spf1 mx ip4:1.1.1.1 ~all”
TTL (sec): 3600
