Has anyone else experienced issues running speed tests or cell site surveys in IC2? They simply will not execute despite saying the test has begun. Note, I have tested this on two separate B One 5G devices both on firmware 8.5.4 which support the cellular site survey feature. When running a cellular site survey, I have a survey schedule setup, which I run manually on a group with just the device I want to survey with in it, but the only way I can get it to run is by scheduling the test to run every 5 minutes and then turning it off after.
When running speed tests, I run ‘speed test - cell’ from the device level view, but I never get a report afterwards in my connection test reports tab.
Also worth noting is that there have been no group or device config changes, yet I was able to run these tests in the past with no problem.
Am I running into some kind of memory limitation on the device itself? I’m wondering if I have run too many tests and ran out of some cache on the device itself.
