Tossed the box, now need IMEI - PLUS

I need the IMEI number to get the sim card activated and didn’t realize it was on the box and not on the device. Also, I changed the admin password, as required after first login, but now it will not recognize it. Any help would be appreciated. This is a brand new BR1 MAX MK2.

Two options add it to incontrol2 and connect a wired wan cable and it will come online.
Reset the router with a paperclip and log back in.


@Jeffrey_Mountain: I’ll add a third option: The Peplink Partner from whom you acquired your device can give it to you. Peplink has kindly provided Partners a method to look up the IMEI by serial number. If you want to go that route and your seller balks send me your SN via PM – I’ll be glad to help.

Thank you both. I’ll probably have to do the reset since my admin password isn’t being accepted. Seems like I should be able to get the IMEI pretty easily once logged in. I’ll let you know if I continue to have a problem.
