3. Read the guideline and supplementary before starting the exam
4. Start the exam (please remember to complete all 5 modules)

How to obtain the PCSS certificate after passing the exam?
After passing the exam, please select “Certification of Peplink Certified Sales Specialist (PCSS) 3.0”, and click on “View certificate”.
Your certificate will appear in a newly opened window, and then you can download accordingly.

Once I got the certificate, do I need to send email to verify it?
Congratulations on passing the exam!
Please note the code is for others to verify the authenticity of your certificate, you don’t need to verify yourself.

My certification is about to expire, so I need to retake the exam. Will I still need to pay the $150 examination fee?
No, you do not need to pay the $150 examination fee. This will be waived for partners who are renewing their certification exam.
Is this test open book?
You are free to use any resources to help you answer the test questions. However, please bear in mind that you only have 30 minutes for each module.
Can I take the test on a tablet device?
We have tried the test on iOS and Android, both of them work perfectly. However, we cannot guarantee that the results will be pretty.
