As I travel I have updated my time zone. But it keeps reverting back to eastern.
any ideas?
@kcmusa, are you managing the device via IC2? If so, you may want to check on the Group Settings > Time Zone, to see the [Devices follow this time zone setting] option is checked or not.
If it is not the case, then you may want to log a support ticket for the team to investigate.
