Time to upgrade?

I have a Peplink Balance 20 (BPL-021) - 5 years old. Wondering if it is time to upgrade. I am starting to see some wonky behavior that is causing me to have to hard resent my device. I give classes once a month via zoom and can’t afford outages during the classes. Live in a rural setting with crap internet options. I have SpeedFusion active (I am hoping configuration is correct) and hardware protection.

Configuration as follows:
WAN One: Long microwave shot - 1.28 up, 10 down sometimes unstable
WAN Two: Starlink.

Traffic: Lots of Video calls, Dropbox, Video surveillance running over the internet for remote viewing.

Looking for a configuration audit to improve performance and/or recommendation for new hardware.

Yessir, it’s time to upgrade. The B20 is a rather old product and Peplink has several products that eclipse its vis-a-vis performance.
Today is a [rare] slow day for me. I’ll drop you my contact info in a PM. If you want to chat about it I can outline your options. Much easier to do by phone than via Forum.

ROFL Who Knew it was till to upgrade… Personally, I would just schedule or manually reboot it prior to starting your classes. I would only upgrade if the new model had something I needed. But its just money… (yours) Good luck. -Bill
