Time sync failed mostly related to the time sync request sent doesn’t receive response from the time server. There are many reasons for this :
- Firmware issue.
- Suppose we don’t have known issue reported for this and also the System: Time synchronization successful message showing the time service is running.
- Time server is not responding the request sent.
- Possible time server having issue that you can change using different time servers to isolate the issue.
- WAN connection problem. For some cases that the WAN connection is unstable and time sync packets sent is lost at the WAN connection.
- Found that you also mentioned WAN health check issue. Potentially the issue can be related to the WAN stability issue.

Suggest to contact your purchase point to further check on that.
Note: Time sync failed for short periods of times is not a harmful event as long as the time Sync is able to get updated. The system time for short periods of times won’t have a big different after the last successful attempt. It can be in milliseconds different or lesser.
