Time synchronization fail


We have an equipment which is reporting “time syncronization fail” several times.

  1. What does it mean?

  2. How can we avoid this?

May I know what is your firmware version?

This could be the device lost contact with NTP server or a known issue which has been addresses in v6.2.

Please use default NTP server (0.pepwave.pool.ntp.org) if you have changed. If this doesn’t help, please upgrade to v6.2.
