Hello excelcomms,
Thank you for including the firmware version that you are running. Is it possible to upgrade to a newer version of firmware? You’ll need the Hardware Version to know what firmware you can download for the 380. Here is the location on our site that hosts the firmware. This can be found on the Status tab. Here is an example:

Hi Zach_Tangen,
Thank you for your feedback on this case. My Hardware revision is 4. If i upgrading this to 7.1 firmware , i scared if it cause other problem as i read firmware 7.1 causes a lot of VPN issue.
Any other thing need to be concern ? Please advise. Thanks.
@excelcomms
Hardware revision number refer to the hardware version for your device. It’s more to the hardware level and it can’t be upgraded. You have to perform hardware refreshment if you find the device is too old.
For your issue “Time synchronization fail” :
- Please check whether you have stable NTP server defined for the device.
- Please upgrade to latest firmware to isolate any old firmware related issue. For you B380, latest firmware is 6.3.5.
Where you get this info ?
