Time synchronization fail - Balance One

We have a Balance One on Firmware 7.0.0 that is locking up several times a day due to Time Synchronization Fail. We have tried 3 different NTP servers and it continues to lock up due to this with only a power cycling able to bring it back up.

Does anyone have experience with this symptom? Thanks!

Don’t think this is related to the time syn failure issue. Found you had opened a support ticket ticket and support team will followup with you using support ticket. Further investigation need to done to investigate the issue,
